"Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick.
Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default. "

"Stay was netural , AC room was mentioned but alloted non AC room ( instead single room with 2 x double bed given 2 rooms with double bed in each room ), Breakfast was included in offer but when reach told it's not applicable for kids above 5 years age so had to pay extra for kids breakfast . "When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you "
