Excellent downtown location

Well maintained property in an excellent downtown area adjoining the mall. My only criticism would be the pictures imply a small kitchen when this was no more than a standard kettle and minibar in room.

Very friendly service, excellent breakfast, did book a family room got 2 twin singles. They did bring another bed at our request. They don't have a pool however we were able ro use sister hotels rooftop pool just 2 doors down with nice city views.

Visiting the city was the first time it was like traveling back into the 1960s. If you’re traveling from abroad bring an electric plug adapter, because the room didn’t have USB or western plugs. The room was very stylish, like a retro small flat. Comfortable bed. Wonderful staff. This is the perfect location because it’s right across from the main mall, it will take some getting used to learning the exit from the mall, it goes through the parking lot of mail. The staff were happy, polite and eager to help. However the photos on the listing do not match up with the actual room that they give you. I paid extra for a room of 4 even though there were only 3 of us travelling because I didn't want any of us sleeping on a rollaway bed. We were given one king size bed for 2 adults in the bedroom and a rollaway bed was squeezed in to the already cramped lounge area. We stubbed our toes frequently on the furniture legs when moving about in the livingroom. When I complained about the small size of the apartment I was told that the hotel was fully booked and they would offer me a bigger room if one became available, which it never did. I didn't pursue the matter because I didn't want to ruin my holiday.
