"The Room was OK, there’s was no cookware to cook, Bedsheets was dirty had BLOOD stains on it call CozySuites to get new sheets they said that housekeeping was going to bring new one, No one showed up had to go & buy new sheets Overall CozySuite should ensure that the unit is clean & ready for they guess, will not be staying there again or recommend to anyone "

"Not for the business traveler. Not as pictured and had to request for the unit to be cleaned, stocked with what was in the pictures and had to walk 20 stories down when elevators didn't work on Sunday."

"The hotel room is so cute & clean - the Show Boat - not so much. Hallways never vacuumed, areas outside the elevators filthy, garbage everywhere."

"My room needed to be changed due to the smell of smoke. After room change my room was fine. Beds are extremely comfortable. The Showboat, that CozySuites shares the facility with, is a dive."

"Location of the hotel from the boardwalk is ideal, everything is conveniently located. The hotel is very family friendly. We had a condo so convince and space was efficient. Surrounding areas outfront of the hotel are a bit sketchy, I was affraid we made the wrong choice staying but once inside the hotel it was fine."

"The building was falling apart. On our way out, a ceiling tile fell right next to us! The water park and arcade was nice but everything else was old. We tried eating breakfast at the buffet and the food was covered with flies! Such a mess"

"Our stay was fantastic! The communication was excellent. Quick responses and helpful information made everything smooth from start to finish. The view was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures! It was also a great place for the kids, with plenty of space and downstairs did not disappointment with the children activities. The only reason I'm giving 4.8 instead of 5 stars is due to minor cosmetic issue, which I brought to the attention of the property service. They were incredibly...
