"Stayed on the 37th floor and took an elevator down to the casino. During this experience the elevator fell from the 37th floor to the spa then came to an abrupt stop. An advisory message was then announced saying that the elevator was having issues and to press the call help button. Upon pressing the button, nothing happened. Eventually the doors opened and we were able to get off at the spa level. Staff were advised and it did not seem that much was done."
