"All in all a good stay ,room 11 which is a single is quite small walls are pretty thin so I could hear people next door, toilet seat was broken unfortunately I left early in the morning so was unable to report it to reception."

"Building is under construction until summer and this was not mentioned anywhere before I booked. Due to this there is now no parking on site which is also not mentioned when you book. Night shift front desk was a total jerk and gave no information about anything so he should not be in the customer service industry. The rest of the staff however was fantastic and the location was very nice and close to all the restaurants and pubs so walking around was easy."

"This hotel exceeded ALL of my expectations. Great staff that went the extra mile when asked and provided useful city advice. A superb breakfast buffet A cozy room and comfy bed. The location was right in the center of town. The price per night was very acceptable compared to nearby hotels."

"Very nice hotel, the parking is a little tight with only 22 spaces, breakfast can be improved it was cold and the porridge wasn't the best, staff were very helpful The hotel is in a great location with the river Ness and castle infront of it"
