The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect mix of modern comfort and classic Salvador charm. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Salvador!"

"This has been my favorite property in Salvador Brazil for many years. Unfortunately. This place is turning to any other high end hotel. They have modernized it so it looks more like a resort. However, they have kept the animals, lagoon, and the nature hike. There are monkeys in the trees, coconut trees, etc. the best thing about this place is the continental breakfast! The best breakfast I’ve ever had!"
