"The floor in our bathroom was disgusting. There was dirt and several strands of black hair on the floor. I just put a towel on the floor to cover it up. Check-in took too long because he couldn't find my reservation. When it was finally found he said it's because there was another reservation with the same name. This is highly unlikely since my first name is very unique. There was not a lot of options for breakfast. The parking lot is very run down. We won't be staying here again."

"Very convenient spot. Pet friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. No pool and limited tv options."

"Room was clean and Hotel was quiet. Breakfast had a lot of options, more than other hotels. Coffee was good. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Kleenex that was in the room was like sandpaper. "

"This property is not manned by people in the building. The entire check-in process is operated by a virtural agent. It made the experience more difficult than I expect at a hotel. For example, I arrived in the evening, wanted to make an adjustment to my stay (change dates) but was unable to do so. When we got to the room, we had would have liked additional pillows, but we couldn't get them because there wasn't anyone at the main desk, as it is only staff during the day. It was a frustrating experience."

"Our family arrived at 8:30 am for breakfast and the person ahead of us took the remaining bacon. There was plenty of sausage left. I would have preferred bacon because sausage does not digest well with me. I ask if they will be bringing more bacon and she said no. I could have understood that if it was close to closing. But there was a hour left for the breakfast. Everything else was good."

"Room was dirty, no windows and no temperature control. It was so hot and uncomfortable! The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. The games in the game room were broken as well. Breakfast was sub-par. Spend the few extra dollars and stay somewhere else!"

"Depressing gray room interiors with hard cheap plastic surfaces. No art. No color. Had a hospital or office cubicle feel. Furniture looked like clearance ikea. Breakfast was exorbitant $36 for two people. Everything was extra charge. The lighting was difficult to figure out how to turn on and off. The shower controls were confusing. Extremely thin floors and walls. Could hear people walking above me all night. And with all the hard surfaces in the room it magnified the noise."
