"Took a long weekend exploring Temiskaming Shores and decided on this waterfront motel in Haileybury, which is right in the middle and on Lake Temiskaming. A picturesque little town; the services are all in New Liskeard to the north, but only a scenic ten-minute drive up the shore. While the rooms are small, they have been renovated and have what you need in them. The big bonus was the owners' takeaway Indian menu you could order, which was some of the best Indian food we've had in Northern...

"Quite comfortable in the tidy room. The only comment I have is: When I went to office to complain the slow flow of hot water, they said that they were doing the laundry, causing the slow flow of hot water. Wanted us to wait for 30 to 45 minutes. However, even after an hour, the situation did not change much: It had hot water coming out, but stopped not for long!"

"I've been stopping at the Frontiersman Motel for years, and every single time it was good. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean too. The service is always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place. Please keep up the good work you are doing!"
