"The cabin is very clean inside. There was a lot of care and attention to the details. The location is great, close to the Dollar General. If you leave the cabin be aware that there is poor cell phone service. The outside porch could use some repairs but does not effect your enjoyment. "

"This is a super clean and recently remodeled property. The property owner was very easy to communicate with. The house is stocked with a variety of items (plenty of paper products, coffee pods...) to make your stay easier. The house is located right alongside the scenic South Holston river. The cottage was neat, clean and had everything we needed and we will stay there again on our next visit. "Arriving at midnight in pouring rain, the kids said it all..."this place is perfect!"Greeted by a sweet cat on the steps, we soon realized that we had found a gem. Clean, quaint house with a lot of character, plenty of space, and everything you need to cook/grill. Hosts were amazing and even made the whole college drop off process more comfortable by offering to help out in any way. We will definitely stay again when we are down to visit our daughter at college!"
