The room was great for being in a pinch. The AC in the first room didn't work, when the guy came to bring batteries for the remote he said it would just take some time to cool off. An hour later it wasn't cooling at all so they allowed me to change rooms. There is trash in all the common areas of the hotel and the parking lot is pretty awful. The rooms are all indoors and facing each other with empty space in the middle so it can seem pretty loud. It looks like it used to be an outdoor hotel. The bed was comfortable and clean and the staff was really helpful.

The hotel was in need of minor repairs and the room clean but in need of minor repairs. Overall it was acceptable and the hotel was peaceful. The price was a little high for the quality but will stay there again. No bugs or roaches during my stay.

It is obvious that this location once had a life as a convention facility. Furniture disappearing. Headboards very damaged, curtains not covering windows fully, our room leaked warpter at the faucet, carpets outside rooms haven’t been vacuumed at all. THS place need attention! Good possible location for a Halloween ball or dance with catering and rented furniture. Rooms very plain, aand needed desk.

The manager, Jessi, was excellent; she provided great service and did an outstanding job. I had a very good experience at the hotel. They resolved all my issues, and I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Oy. I'm curious to know what hotel this used to be! My husband thinks there used to be a pool in the GINORMOUS atrium. The guy who checked us in was super nice. But man.... This place is in rough shape. Graffiti on our door to newspaper stuffed in the cracks to the door to the adjoining room. One towel to share between my husband and myself...one pillow per bed. But, the had a hairdryer that worked great and the mini fridge kept our drinks cold.

The young men who work the desk were very nice. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is dated but my room was clean and I was comfortable. It did say breakfast on the website but all I saw was cereal, bread, and coffee. Overall, my stay was good. Nothing fancy but a good place to shower, rest, and sleep.

Booked on Hotels.com The Hotel layout reminded me of a past Comfort Suites and the pictures looked nice. The actual hotel had buckets for water drips in the big area pictured. The breakfast area was VERY dark/unlit and not upkept with coffee and no butter for toast, but cereal was sufficient. The room had graffiti on the inside of door and no refrigerator. The staff was extremely nice. Got the impression the hotel was newly taken over. Much room for improvement here.

Rooms are spacious enough. I liked open area for fresh air. However, staff not removing trash could see trash cans full for 2 days. Refrigerator needed in room. Could not get extension for check out. Breakfast is poor: no milk for 2 days; no fruit, always serving cereals , coffee and bread. If you say break fast included; try to make a variety at least every 2days… Can be great if those issues are resolved
