"We had an amazing time at this hotel. It was extremely comfortable and was definitely great home away from home. All the staff were friendly and hospitable. We, unfortunately, had a small medical emergency early in the am and the staff went above and beyond to help us find the proper care. We are very grateful for all the staff that worked that night .We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Side note - we also enjoyed the bakery and breakfast buffet. "

"We absolutely love this hotel every year! It’s so convenient and on rainy days like today, it’s okay because they have a huge indoor playground for the kids! They have arcade and and little hallway library area you can read a book or doze off for a short nap. The cafe upstairs is not that good. The containers are not eco friendly so when they ask to warm up your food, I didn’t realize they were scorching it in plastic. The food does NOT taste good in the cafe. We had the musubis with 2 PCs soggy chicken karaage that was oily and gross. The omlette rice they don’t warn you the rice is like ketchup rice so that tasted disgusting. We basically threw away our meal. Went upstairs to the 12th floor where you can access the meals with your type of room you book. We booked the club access bedroom so we ate and was spoiled upstairs in the club lounge. Never eat the restaurants downstairs. They both had a small menu and not good tasting food. It was terrible downstairs. "

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the train station which was convenient. The rooms are a bit small, but there were four beds which the kids appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"This was my second time staying at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and once again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room had not been renovated but I’m sure it is on the list to be done soon so the decor was a bit dated. But it was clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing and it’s proximity to Tokyo Disney is perfect for the budget conscious traveler. "
