In addition to the positives, we unfortunately found many annoying shortcomings and defects that are not commensurate with the rental price... "Wonderful Villa, beautiful views, perfect cleanliness and charming hosts. And a region restful with (amongst many other qualities) marvelous landscapes, villages, and very good food. What else ? :-) What else"

"This property had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We stayed a month and it wasn't long enough!"

"Die Hausübergabe erfolgte zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Zum Objekt gehört ein großer Garten mit Umzäunung. Trotzdem erfolgte regelmäßig Besuch unbekannter Hunde im Garten. Das Haus war in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Die Ausstattung für eine Familie mit 4 Kindern in Ordnung. In dem Haus fühlten wir uns wohl. Leider entsprach der Pool nicht unseren Erwartungen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Übernahme war das Wasser milchig. Der Boden war bei nur mäßiger Tiefe nicht erkennbar. Durch den Vermieter...

"We had the most amazing stay at Birgit’s home in Montottone. The house is fully loaded with everything you need. The Kitchen is super nice. It’s a calm and quiet place and we relaxed so much. "The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay."

"The house was as described and shown in the images. If you have mobility problems beware the short but relatively steep drive and the 10 or so steps up to the patio and entrance. The weather was pretty hot but the house was naturally cool with thick stone walls. There was an enormous dining table and an adjacent comfortable seating area which strangely had no lighting though we moved a couple of table lamps around so that we could read. "Unique and wonderful! We stayed here because we wanted to see the flower fields near Casteluccio. We drove up from Rome in about 4 hours through beautiful mountains. This castle (a former defensive fortification) was a breathtaking sight at the end of the drive. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Francesco and his sister Lara. Our baggage was taken up the stairs via an amazing custom monorail. The room was comfortable and cool, the linens were excellent quality, our sleep was refreshing, and breakfast healthy and satisfying. They feature delicious bottled juices. Francesco gave us a tour of the fascinating historical interior rooms including the winemaking room with the grape stomping vats! I highly recommend Castle di Luco, we will treasure our stay here forever! "
