"RENTER BEWARE! I stayed at this property May of 2024. The Host lists his properties on multiple sites so he will often double book. He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Towels on the floor, dirty linens, food spoiling, trash about. I contacted him and he didn’t respond, I had to spend an entire night of my trip shopping for fresh linens and laundering the towels,...

"We have just returned from a lovely stay in Lossiemouth. Stuart was on hand to direct us to the flat which was a stones throw from the beach and play park. The flat slept six comfortably, my husband and I and four kids. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others."

"The property was clean, spacious, kitchen had everything was happy with it and Carlos the manager was nice and helpful. Down side quite a few steps we had trouble with shower temp regulation but may not have been operating right overall very happy"

"I stayed here for a 2 day conference in Boat of Garten and was within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. If i'm back this way, it would be the first place i book. Thanks Again. Breakfast options were a nice touch, thankyou...

"We stayed here 5 years ago and returned. I think that says a lot :). The Annex is in a perfect little spot, and has everything we need. Bed is comfy, space is cozy, and feels like home. Besides the conveniences, Leslie is amazing. Great communication, willing to help with whatever you need. And had some items for breakfast there!… which was wonderful after a late night arrival. He is honestly just a wonderful man, and this time was hard to leave! He has become like family. I hope we can return...

"If you're considering this apartment as an option for your stay in Scotland, you should just go for it. The property is very clean, and inviting. The hosts are wonderful. Frankly, the pictures don't do it justice. It's extremely comfortable and quiet. It has off street parking which was easy to find and use. Although Grantown-on-Spey isn't a big town, the off street parking was very helpful a few nights. Wi-fi in the apartment worked well, and the satellite TV is a nice touch. We were there...

"Clean place to stay for couple of day. Great view of river and bridge is bonnie light up at night. River view right next to cathedral. 2 things would say that was bed was the bed could of be more comfortable. Also toilet maybe needs fix noticed the water still running long after flush. Also small park for kids. I would stay again. "

"My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at the lovely Taighsona Bothy with our two dogs. The bothy is the perfect size for a couple and was exceptionally clean and well designed. The bed was super comfy and the views from the bedroom upstairs are fantastic! We loved the location as there were some good walks right at our doorstop which our dogs loved. We were also just a short walk from a nice/restaurant in Archiestown which was great. The bothy is perfectly located if you're looking to visit...

"Apartment was dirty as it had not been cleaned. First impressions are what you have to review on. Did not get cleaned till after 5pm, not good enough if you are to run a successful business. "
