With friendly staff, clean accommodations and easy to find it made it a nice place to lay our heads for the first night after a long day of travel. Regan was absolutely amazing and the best barista!!! The day before our last night accommodations were made so we could stay one more night!!! She and the rest of the staff made our stay so pleasant we will definitely be back. "

"I have only good things to say about this hotel. Check in was easy. The airport shuttle bus dropped us off right across the street from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but we didn't spend much time there except for sleeping and showering. Tourist attractions are all within walking distance. There was even a farmer's market minutes away. Would recommend. "

"The Leonardo is located right between old and new Edinburgh. It was very convenient to walk up to the Royal mile and tour old town. We could also go out the front and walk straight into Newtown. There was also a taxi stand immediately in front of the hotel, which was convenient. The breakfast was an additional 15 pounds per day, but it was definitely worth it. It was a large buffet with excellent selections. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were amazing. The rooms were spacious. It was larger than a lot of hotels that I’ve stayed in in Europe. The bathroom was a little tight, but the shower was big enough for me to lift my arms which is not always the case in Europe."

"I liked the newly renovated rooms. I did not like that the rooms were small and cramped despite getting the Grand Chambre king. The Common Club restaurant was a disaster. We wanted a special dinner for 6 of us . We wanted the pan seared fish. Only 1 could have it despite our being the first customers that night. My wife specifically ordered the more tender and aged rib eye, the brought the chewy sirloin which my wife cannot eat due to TMJ dysfunction. The breakfast room EVE’s hostess Manuela was the most professional one. The egg station cook should have the ability and capacity to cook fresh scrambled eggs French style"
