"Very nice clean hotel . We had a fabulous view from the 24th floor. Menu looked disappointing for the type of food on offer and there is a modern food court within ten mins walk with more choice and better prices. Don’t stay out late though as hotel bar shuts early. The area immediately outside the hotel is not great and the nearest pubs are decidedly sketchy. Caerleon is a ten minute £10 cab ride away for some lovely pubs restaurants and museums."

"The room itself was one of the best I have stayed at, beds were massive and air con worked great. My only gripe was the £10 parking charge, I would understand more if it was closer in the centre so it felt a little sour to be forced for this, maybe normal for the area. Would stay again but just take note of the extra charge before booking."

"What a great place to stay. The staff went over and above to accommodate our early check-in. Nothing is too much trouble. Great location and amazing views from the room. We stayed here for a family wedding in the area, and would definitely stay here again."
