"Stayed at this property for 3 nights during my daughter’s dance camp at Ms State. The property is adorable! New construction area but I never heard any noise. Very clean property with a great floor plan. Super comfortable master bed. Close to campus. Highly recommend."

"This property has lots of potential. It’s a cute new home with three bedrooms. While the house was clean, there were spider webs in various places in every room in the home. We also experienced spiders, ants, and gnats. Also, be aware (while this is temporary not sure how long) construction on other properties directly across and down the street are in progress. There is also no internet/wifi so you have to prepare for that. The host David was extremely hospitable and pleasant to work...

"Spacious older home in quiet neighborhood close to center of town. Large side and back yard which provides privacy. Home was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay."

"It was convenient and comfortable. Contact with owner was agreeable. I would suggest since it sleeps 6 people it would be really nice if there were comfortable chairs for 6. There was a couch (3 people), chair with foot stool and wing back chair. The 6th person had to sit in a straight back wooden chair when we gathered to visit."

"This property is located very close to campus and was the perfect rental for our family ! Hostess is awesome and responded very quickly with my questions. We had 6 people and 2 dogs staying and our graduate and boyfriend hanging out and we all fit very comfortably. Kitchen is well appointed as well as sundries ! Backyard space is awesome !"

Our second full day there had some issues with the showers warming up, but apparently that was user error (pro tip: run the hot water in the sink before starting the shower). The downstairs King bed bedroom had some privacy issues with the stain glass window. Lots of natural light at this location. "We had a great experience at this property. The owner responded immediately whenever we had any questions. It was very obvious that this house has been recently updated. All beds were nice. House was very clean. Great master shower. When the pool is ready for summer, it will be a great spot for groups of families on home game weekends. "
