In the heart of the city centre, this location is convenient for many types of residents. This is a lovely modern apartment close to the Lidl shop in Aberdeen and surrounded with lovely restaurants. It is about 20 minutes walk to Union square, Train station and the main Bus station.
Both the University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University are within close proximity making this an ideal location for students. Local amenities are easily accessible with the area benefiting from convenient transport links around and out with the city. Regular bus routes are available as well as the main Aberdeen rail station being in close proximity. There are a wide variety of bars and restaurants nearby as well as many shopping facilities with the very popular Union Street running through the area.
