"Our stay was excellent with friendly staff ,excellent food ,clean and well appointed room but for the noise from the room’s automatic doors always sounding as if someone outside was slamming the door shut. "

"We had a great stay. The cottage had everything we needed, plus the lovely view. Findochty is a very photogenic village, so I was out and about taking photos at all hours! On our arrival we were welcomed by dolphins frolicking in the sea in front of the cottage. The evening before our departure we were treated to the sight of a pod of orcas cruising past, quite close to the shore. "

" This was not just a castle BnB, this was a real authentic experience back in time. We were warmly welcomed by the Baroness Nicola and her husband and were instantly brought back in time. The Castle was beautifully decorated. We had a very large room with a 4 poster bed and a large bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We chosen to have dinner at the castle and would recommend that anyone staying here should do the same. We had a delicious meal served by our host, who was dressed in traditional clothes, at the large dining table beside a lovely fire which added to the ambiance. After dinner, Nicola, now dressed in tartan, shared the history and stories of the castle. It was such a great addition to our stay. We then retired to the drawing room for a whiskey and a tea. it was such a lovely evening, The next morning we had breakfast in what was the old castle's kitchen - a nice touch. We would highly recommend staying at Leslie castle for a unique and wonderful visit."
