"Have requested my invoice for the deposit several times now and still not been sent it. Didnt get sent lock box code on day of check in at 4pm despite sending all required info. Had to call and ask for it to be sent at 5:30. Deposit system was difficult and not clear. Property itself was ok but not worth the hassle for a work stay. "

"We booked this apartment for a weekend away trip and loved the look of it from the pictures and description. On arrival though, we had issues getting into one of the apartments due to being given the wrong key code - this was quickly rectified though. On opening the downstairs apartment door, you can smell stale cigarette smoke straight away. The garden is very dirty and nothing like the pictures - we had to try to hose down some of the dirt on the floor tiles (there was no brush to sweep)...

"We loved this flat. We used it when I was bringing my daughter to uni. It's about a 40 minute walk into town but there are bus stops close by that get you there in 15. The view from the living room is spectacular. Everything is modern and clean and worked well. We especially appreciated the laid-on shampoo, conditioner etc and even washing up liquid and laundry detergent! "We stayed at this property as my husband was having surgery at the Heath hospital, it was convenient to get to the hospital. The bar on the sofa bed was bent so that did not help from a comfort point of view. Main bed was very comfortable. Overall the property was clean and tidy, just a little tired looking. A list of nearby shops/amenities would have been helpful as I was unaware of the tesco which was close by. A can opener, bottle opener, corkscrew along with a shaver point in the bathroom...
