"Really wonderful hotel. The managers were all great, as were the support staff. Lots of great food nearby and really comfortable. Close to the airport and food/shopping."

"The customer service sucks. None of the receptionist have a smile in their face nor do they know what they’re talking about. The hotel itself is really pretty and modern. There’s barely anything to do. Definitely try to find a hotel that’s closer to downtown Jeddah. "
"The way they handled my booking turned into an argument! I provided booking confirmation and they couldn't find it until they contacted someone else to help but were very argumentative!
