"the sausage gravy biscuits were excellent. the scramble eggs cold. room we stayed in overall was good although the couch mattress was nasty and should be replaced. and there were no sheets bedding. pillows for that. "

"biggest issue was going to the restroom and finding roaches , after that it was just a wired feeling when turning off the lights"

"I love the style of the Graduate. So cool. The middle elevator would not stop on floors 3 or 6 and we were on 6, hauling a bunch of stuff for a birthday party. Inconvenient. We also booked this hotel partly for the restaurant and it literally closed for the foreseeable future the night before we checked in and we weren’t informed. Wouldn’t keep us from staying again but not great."

"Pros: Clean, updated, and well maintained property Staff were top notch friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Breakfast had a good selection. Cons: If you’re closer to the O street side there is a bit more traffic noise. But if you use something for white noise when you travel that won’t be an issue."

"It would have been nice to know that the entire bottom floor was under construction before bringing my family in for the weekend. Another problem i ran into was that my key card wouldn’t work the second night to get into one of the doors. Other than that, it was a decent stay."

"Road construction made the driveway difficult to find. Remnants of syringes in the parking lot. Random, but friendly, dogs trying to jump in my truck. No teash can or micro in the room. All staff was kind and helpful and not representative of the property. While not happy with my stay, i did get the feeling the staff was woeking overtime to handle any situation they may have"
