"If you enjoy sightseeing by pontoon or boat, I can easily recommend this body of water. There are miles of winding shoreline that is mainly undisturbed. almost every mile of the reservoir can easily be tubed or skied. Fishing was tuff but that was mainly due to the rapidly changing thunderstorm and fronts coming through. We still managed to catch enough walleyes and croppie's to feed 6 men. We had leftovers and should have fed the neighbors. The only thing more exciting than the lake was this property. It's wide-open concept large porches and easy access to the lake were exceptional. Our host was quick to respond to any question and I felt they truly wanted to do everything possible to insure we had a good time. I highly recommend this property."

"We stayed one night after a family wedding. We were giving early check in enabling us to get into our room 2 hours early to rest before the celebration. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient. Room was clean, quiet at night, and smelled fresh after running the air for a few minutes. Good place fir a stop along the route to somewhere. "

"I rented this spot for four college friends to reunite after 23 yrs with out kids. All parties had to drive over 4 hrs to meet in the middle. With google maps this location was easy to find. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We kayaked, used the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, played yard games, and are on the outside table. Be sure to bring fishing poles as you can hear the fish jumping out of the water throughout the day! We visited the Marshfield Zoo and Mullins Cheese for short day trips(30min). We ate all our meals in the cabin and had all the items needed. The hosts were great to work with and were fast at replying to my questions. We would stay here again hands down! Thank you!"

"My stay at NevaJean hotel was excellent I have been homeless since January 2024 so sleeping in a bed was great I appreciate you people very much The only problem with the room was it had a lot of ants but I told your cleaning lady about it and she said she would spray it Thank you so very much for letting me stay with you "

"Has to be the most well-appointed rentals I’ve experienced with no small detail forgotten. A bit awkward with the one lower room w/ two doubles without a door. And the room upstairs has room for another bed, or larger than a twin to accommodate even more sleepers. But overall, a great property! We’ll be back because our short stay didn’t allow us to fully appreciate the outdoor space!"

"Our room was not available on arrival. I was initially stressed, but the front desk was very polite and helpful. He gave us a better upgrade for our troubles. The pool was closed for maintenance which seems to happen a lot at Marshfield hotels, so it wasnt surprising. All staff was fantastic to us. The property is a little dated in some areas but clean and overall efficient on our visit. The rooms have very large TV's which look fantastic. Breakfast was the typical sausage/egg/waffle and toast set up. We are very likely to choose this hotel again when in town for medical stays. The hospital taxi will pick patients up from this location pretty fast for a small fee."
