"This little cabin was perfect for us. Everything was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Outside area was perfect for a little relaxation in the evening. Easy, easy checkin and departure. We will definitely stay again!."

"Myself and my two elementary-aged kids stayed here during the summer and really enjoyed it. It was very convenient to both walk downtown and drive 15 min up cottonwood canyon to hike along the CO Trail. It felt bigger than the pictures and provided plenty of space for us. We could have had another 2 adults fit fine there without getting in each others way. The hosts were very accessible and responsive. I hadn’t realized it when I reserved it but I’d guess more than half of the residents of the town live West of town and use Main Street / CO 306 to commute to/from work. This made it a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings but it was very quiet after 8 or so. It wasn’t a big deal to us though and we would rent this place again when coming through."

"This was our second stay and it was as wonderful as the first! The secluded location with Mt. Antero and Mt. Princeton as your only neighbors is perfect! The stars we viewed from the hot tub were unlike any we have ever seen. The cabin itself is clean and well-appointed. The kitchen has every possible appliance and cooking need imaginable. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the towels are soft. The cabin is much roomier on the inside than it looks from the outside. We enjoyed walking the back property, listening to the rushing stream and hearing the bird calls each day. This place is exactly what is listed and more. I hesitate to say too many great things about it, for fear of it being booked next year when we return!"

"The listing accurately reflects the rental. It is in a great location and we enjoyed the hot tub alongside the creek. One thing to note - I would say this place is less pet friendly and more pet tolerable. They block off the master bedroom saying pets are not allowed in it, which is a bummer if you have your pet sleep in the same room. They also require you to cover all furniture if you bring pets but do not provide sheets to do so. And they require you to vacuum before departing despite making you pay both a cleaning fee and a pet fee."
