"We choosed this location as it was between Arles and Avignon where we wanted to soend a day in each city. Unfortunately Tarqscon is not really a city to stay compared to Arles and Avignon. Not many restarans, nothibg to do in the evenibg and the hotel on amain road with souroundind a bit dull"

"An absolutely gorgeous property - even more beautiful than the pictures show. We stayed with a big group of friends and had a fantastic time. Anousheh and her team were super easy to deal with and so helpful, and were able to organise a wonderful private chef with them who we couldn’t recommend enough.We will absolutely be back in future."

"We really enjoyed staying at the commandery. It was a very unique experience when I was staying in the Provence region. It was very clean, despite all the old stone around the apartment. Only issue I noticed was that the rain shower sprayer was cracked down the middle, causing the water to burst out in the middle of the fixture and the hand sprayers holder was completely missing, but that isn’t enough for me to give it less than 5 stars. It was a little challenging to enter the courtyard with a small SUV, but free parking was only a few minutes walk once we unloaded. Everything you need in a kitchen will be in the apartment, so stock up on your food before you come. It may be pretty warm in the apartment (depending on when you come) but the AC units and water cooled fan will quickly cool down the place. "

"Our entire family loved being at Mas de L'ilion. It exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were a delightful couple -- welcoming us and making us feel at home. When we first arrived, they provided us with cold fruit drinks and a welcome basket of fruit. We were easily able to get fresh pastries and fruit delivered to us each day. Our accommodations were beautiful and we loved the general plan of the Mas with ensuite bathrooms which was all beautifully decorated. The exterior was inviting with the plants and outdoor seating, and of course the pool was wonderful. It is situated in a lovely village with a good restaurant/brassiere around the corner. We were able to visit many places in the surrounding area like Avignon, St Remy, Gordes, I'ile sur la Sorgue, Les Baux and even took a day trip to Marseille and Cassis. I looked for a long time to find this place and it was perfect. We hated to leave. If you have a large family or a group of friends who want to visit Provence, this home will not disappoint you. I already know my friends in the USA will be asking me to help them plan a trip here for their next visit to France. It is definitely a place we will want to return. "
