Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."
