When we arrived at 8pm the room was given away even though we had a reservation and had paid and a room code etc. then they found us a different room upstairs that was difficult to lock. The room was fine but quite noisy and small. No breakfast. We were there two nights."

"GREAT location. Right on the Octagon. Easy to walk to bars, shopping, restaurants, etc. Easy check-in. Decent breakfast included. Parking is tight in the entire town. Just good to know that in advance. The hotel staff were very helpful with parking options and explanations. Would recommend! "
