Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. "It was a very convenient location, but it was very noisy if windows were opened, they do not have AC in the unit, shower head was broken, drainage in showers not fast enough even though the water pressure is low, toilet seats do not align well. "The apartment is well-located and spacious, but badly in need of TLC. Many fixtures were broken, and the decor was dismal. "I was working at BRU airport during my stay so the apartment suited my needs fine, may not suit vacation tourists as much. Communication with Ewa prior to my visit was excellent. "Johanna could not have been nicer. My friends arrived from the States relatively early on our arrival date. They were able to at least drop off their bags and explore the neighborhood. The "how to" book was great and the added info we received from Johanna filled in the blanks not in the book. The neighborhood is super quiet and positioned very close to the Simonis Metro station. There is a lovely park across the street. We recommend this location highly."
