"We stayed one night on the ss Rotterdam with 2 kids (16 and 12). Both liked the experience and the water taxi to the MarketHall. Nice change from a standard hotel. The pool unfortunately was closed and the dinner service at Lido (on board restaurant), was fully booked so we ended up at the bar and ate snacks which worked well. There was enough selection that even the pickiest eaters found something. Did not get a chance for the tour but would like to do it in the future. Would recommend...

"PROs: Locations/Modern/Near Metro/Clean/Everything working/option for brekkie but expensive/Shower toiletries included and liquid soap for sink. CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance...

"We loved our stay. It was clean, staff very nice and loved the views from our room. It was easy to get to with the metro and tram line both right at the hotel. Loved the area, park, small grocery store, restaurants and walking area. Most of all, it was the easiest walk to the cruise terminal. I will be recommending this hotel to my clients as well. "CityHub Rotterdam ist ein innovatives Hotel mit dem notwendigen Komfort. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption helfen beim Check-In, so dass es ganz einfach ist. Der sogenannte Hub ist klein, aber das Bett ist sehr breit. An die Beengtheit eines Hubs gewöhnt man sich schnell, zumal man auch in der geräumigen Hangout-Area wichtige Dinge erledigen oder den Tag Revue passieren lassen kann. Im Hub gibt es WiFi; die Verbindung ist aber nicht besonders schnell....

"Goede lokatie, mooi interieur en schoon. Incheck is om 15:00, ik heb 2 dagen van tevoren gevraagd om een vroegere check in. Dit zou mogelijk zijn als de kamer eerder beschikbaar zou zijn en tegen betaling. Op mijn vraag wanneer ik zou horen of ik eerder terecht kon heb ik nooit antwoord gekregen. Ik ben uiteindelijk om 14:30 aangekomen, maar de kamer was nog niet klaar. Om 15:00 opnieuw geprobeerd, nog niet klaar. Uiteindelijk 15:20 kon ik eindelijk mijn kamer in. Om vervolgens rond 15:45...

"Very clean and well laid out room. Very comfortable bed. Appreciated the kitchenette although the hob would not turn on when frying pan was on it. Only when large pot was. Staff were professional, pleasant and helpful. Easy check out. Would stay here again."

"The hotel is well situated for tourism. It is very clean and well maintained. The lobby is very dark for some reason. We could’ve used face cloths in our room and I found the pillows rather lumpy.None of the English channel news channels had signals. The hotel did make efforts to try to fix it but in our three days there nothing changed. That was disappointing."

"Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind when we arrived early (around 9:00am) and needed to store our bags before check-in. They also generously offered their included breakfast to us before our afternoon check-in since nothing near-by was opened yet. Breakfast staff also helpful! Coffee machine made great cappuccino. Room was small but comfortable, bathroom clean and good space for our stuff. Very quiet for sleeping. Location walking distance to everything and 10 minute walk from Train...
