"Very cool and modern eco hotel. Very clean and front desk was very helpful. Area where hotel was located was a little odd. It was a mix of hotel, residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. The hotel was located near the back and the area was very dark at night when coming back from sightseeing or dinner."

"The room was a good size spacious, good size clean bathroom. Card entry into building. Goid location with shops, cafes, restaurants and the main line Altstetten was only 8min walk to get to Zurich HB main station and town centre. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"
