Nicht zu empfehlen

Also ich war jetzt nicht das erste Mal in dieser Unterkunft und muss dieses Mal sagen das ich sehr enttäuscht bin. Sauberkeit war dieses Mal leider gar nicht gegeben. Haare auf einem „frisch“ bezogenen Bett , jede Menge Staub . Nach der Erfahrung komme ich auf jedenfall nicht wieder

Even wennen dat er geen personeel is maar een incheckpaal, maar makkelijk te bedienen! Mooie verzorgde kamer met mini keukenblok, voorzien van koffie thee, koelkast met water. Ook een voucher voor gratis drankje bij aankoop van broodje bij bakkerij moss (op3 min afstand) deze is op zondag geopend. Heerlijk ontbeten.

Absolut praktisch - mit leichten Abzügen

Ansich sehr schön, aber es war wohl so dunkel das es damit anfing das ich keinen Parkplatz gefunden habe - auf Rückfrage in der Nachbarschaft habe ich dann vor dem Tor auf der anderen Straßenseite auf einem Parkplatz geparkt - ob das richtig ist wußte ich nicht, aber das Auto war am Morgen noch da. CheckInn am Automaten war recht selbsterklärend, Zimmeröffnung somit auch, Internet etc war alles soweit ok. Zimmer war absolut ok, das Bad ein wenig klein und eng, aber für eine Nacht vs Abends 20min und morgens 30 min noch ok. Das die Toilettenbrille lose ist hätte die Putzfrau feststellen können, so rutschte man immer ein wenig seitlich weg. Generell: absolut ausreichend und praktikabel, aber Parkplatzbeschilderung/info wäre hilfreich - und Rückmeldung von Putzfrau zum Hausmeister auch sinnvoll.

Ich habe das Zimmer für mich alleine gemittet.. um mich zu entspannen und ich war sehr begeistert. Das werde ich mindestens noch einmal wiederholen... Es hat alles gestimmt.. die wunderschöne Badewanne, das Bett, die Kochnische ... einfach alles .. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächst....

Mauvais séjour , établissement salle

Séjour désagréable , chambre mal nettoyée , on est rester la sans une seule fois la chambre a été nettoyée, une dame c’est présentée en nous disant qu’elle avait ses enfants à gérer qu’elle pouvait pas repasser nettoyer comme si sa vie privée nous concernait . Elle nous a tendu des serviettes et elle est parti. Elle n’ai plus jamais revenu. A notre retour la chambre était salle . Donc depuis le cheick in jusqu’à la sortie chambre mal propre ! Mieux au jour du cheick in il y avait de la poussière partout , lit juste dressé épis c’était tout . On a même retrouver une fermeture de rasoirs dans la baignoire. Je remet aussi en cause l’équipe hôtel. Com qui n’a pas aussi jouée son rôle . La responsabilité est partagée . Nous , on a été liquidés ce jour là ! C’est méchant . Surtout qu’ont a séjourné 5 nuits . Malgré tout c’est un endroit calme pour ceux qui veulent se reposer . Par contre la propreté n’ai pas au rendez-vous. Les dames de ménages font de l’à peu près ! C’est aberrant surtout en période de covid . Déçu et très déçu ..

Schönes Appartement mit einer guten Ausstattung. Das Appartement wurde täglich gereinigt. Sehr gutes WLAN. Das Einchecken war problemlos. Parkplätze standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Matratzen waren meines Erachtens etwas zu hart.

It seems that the owner is the client and the client the owner. After my booking I didn’t receive any communication from the structure and I didn’t write to them thinking that it was an Hotel for the price I payed for 5 nights. I arrived at 19:15 and I found out it had no reception because it rent rooms. I called the number of the owner that Expedia gave me but with no success for quite two hours. I tried to call the number I found on the door but there was a registered voice speaking only German that I don’t understand. At the end after two hours I spent the night in another hotel. The owner didn’t want to give back to me the first night telling me that I should have called them. Unbelievable I hope they will spend that many for something really important in their live!!!

Great location quiet, just out of the centre but only a short bus ride away.apartment well equipt, modern ,clean, pleanty of parking across the road.the only issue was when we tried to gain entry at about a quarter past 3 (3 oclock was supposed to be the start time for check in) the code we had been sent didnt work it kept saying it was invalid.After several attempts and also trying our booking ref number, were about to ring the number given on the door which said it was for emergencies only and they would charge yoy €59 if you rang without good reason, when we tried one last time and it worked!.

Der Zugangscode hatte anfangs nicht funktioniert, die Tür ließ sich nicht öffnen, da der Drehknopf defekt war. Nach einem kurzem Telefonat,konnte ich mit Hilfe des freundlichen Mitarbeiters das Haus bestreten. Der Check in klappte reibungslos , das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ansprechend, die Gegend sehr ruhig, dennoch ist die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Das Einchecken am "Check-in-Automaten" an Boardinghaus funktioniert nicht einwandfrei. Mehrere Versuche, dann m. E. zufällige Funktion. Der Zimmer Check in war ok.

Potentiell schöne und ruhige Anlage. Der automatische Check-in funktioniert gut. Untergebracht bin ich im Nebengebäude, Zimmer 210, Erdgeschoss (kein Aufzug), direkt an der Straße. Das Zimmer ist nicht allzu groß und dunkel. Einrichtung o. k. aber etwas abgewohnt. Defekt sind: die Deckenlampen sowohl in Küche als auch Bad, die Klingel, ein Rollo (heruntergerissen). Reste von Schimmel an Fenstern und in der Dusche, stechender Geruch im Bad. Der Entfeuchter steht schon bereit. In den Ecken hängen Spinnweben mit Weberknechten. Arbeitsplatte in der Küchenzeile hat Fettflecken, auf den weniger benutzten Lichtschaltern und Steckdosen liegt dicker Staub. Das Bett ist Queen size, wie angegeben, mit durchgehende Matratze, für zwei Personen etwas grenzwertig. Die Küchenzeile hat weder Kochplatte noch Spüle. Die Rezeption ist nur telefonisch werktags von 9:00 bis 18:00 Uhr zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Notfallnummer, die darf aber nur bei Problemen mit dem automatischen Check in angerufen werden, ansonsten droht eine drakonische Geldstrafe (knapp 60€!). Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter am nächsten Tag am Telefon sind hilfsbereit und freundlich, der herbeigerufene Techniker kann allerdings nur den kleinsten Teil der technischen Mängel kurzfristig beseitigen. Finanziell wird mir nicht entgegengekommen, Zimmerwechsel ist nicht möglich (ausgebucht). Fazit: potentiell schöne Anlage, aber technische Instandsetzung und Hauskeeping mangelhaft, in der Form nicht zu empfehlen.

Tolle saubere Zimmer! Kein Personal

Echt tolle Zimmer!! Der check in ist etwas ungewohnt aber machbar. Ist sehr unpersönlich, ich werde nicht mehr in diesem Haus buchen! Ich wünsche menschlichen Kontakt beim check in. Übers Personsl kann man nichts sagen, es gab keins.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, besonders die drei verschiedenen Größen der Kopfkissen. Betten sehr bequem. Die enge Wendeltreppe ohne Aufzug ist schwierig für Gehbehinderte.

Mehr Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert

Ein bisschen mehr Sauberkeit würde der Location gut tun - Schimmel in der Dusche erwarte ich in dieser Kategorie nicht - auch keine schwarzen Haare auf dem Laken ( mein Mann hat glatte und ich bin blond) - das trübte die Stimmung ebenso wie die Heizung im Bad die nur lauwarm wurde. Wir mussten vor dem Duschen mit dem Fön auf erträgliche Temperatur zuheizen. Zimmer ansonsten geräumig. Achtung - kein Fahrstuhl !
