  • Spacious and quiet apartment with an exceptional 180-degree view of the sea, in the heart of Saint-Brevin-Les-Pins.
    Located on the fourth and top floor (no elevator), this 70m² apartment was completely renovated in June 2020.
    It features 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, a large living room with a terrace, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, and a separate half-bath.
    The living room features a corner sofa and a dining table that converts into a pool table.
    Its beautiful terrace, featuring artificial turf, two lounge chairs, an outdoor table, and an electric grill, is the perfect spot to enjoy peaceful and relaxing moments overlooking the ocean.
    Its west-facing orientation allows you to enjoy majestic sunsets every evening.
    A very bright, truly pleasant, and functional apartment—it has everything you need for an exceptional stay.
    Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Saint-Brevin-Les-Pins and its large market.
