"Great location and atmposhere - the hotel has lots of character and charm. Staff was very friendly and helpfull and the coffee and cocktail bars in the lobby were top notch. We have stayed and several locations in Colorado Springs and this was our favorite by far."

Room size was impressive and comfortable for family if for traveling with a ton of luggage. Breakfast was good and lots of variety each day. Parking was ample and felt safe."
