"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Bungalow was amazing. Cute, clean and 2 minutes from the Beach! The pool was dreamy the photos do not do justice! Perfect for solo or a romantic getaway for a couple! If you want to cook on your vacation ( which I doubt!!) This one does not have kitchen but mini fridge for your drinks and fruit. If you want to work on your vacation you need to use the table outside no desk inside but do you really want to work?!!!! They have internet and huge TV :-)NA Peaceful great location next to beach and restaurants and stores!"

"Great for all ages. Easy walk to beachFamily reunion: Spent hours in the pool. Plenty of many chairs and chaise lounges. Littles loved the on-site play area. Parents appreciated the fences around both the play area and grounds, so littles couldn’t “escape”, LOL. EVERYTHING was provided: ample kitchen supplies, beach towels – which we could wash with the on-site laundry. Had everything needed for the beach: sand toys, plenty of chairs, and a wagon to transport them. Beach is so close, just cross the street and walk through a short path. Televisions throughout, including in common areas. WE LOVED this home!!"

"Great place. Pictures and description are exactly as described. Very clean and right next to beach access and walking distance to several restaurants. It is also a short drive (couple miles) to a grocery store and other shops / restaurants. Check in and check out process was super smooth. We plan on coming back as we visit the area frequently for our kids sporting events."

"Proximity to the beach was our main reason for choosing this location. Didn’t realize that it was right next to public beach parking so beach was really crowded on the weekend. We did enjoy the Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe being right next door though so we could grab lunch while on beach. Loved that Publix was nearby and only a block away. Bed was really comfortable and we loved views of the beach from the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would suggest supplying oven mitts as we had to use a hand towel to remove a pan from the oven because there were none available."

"This is a very nice, clean, great location property for two people. 1 block to the beach, two blocks to Public’s, and 2 1/2 blocks to restaurants, drinks, and ice cream. Only 4-5 minute drive to the main business part of the island, with many shops, services, and food. This is an older home that has been well kept. We loved the porch, when we weren’t at the beach. The host was wonderful, check in and out was a breeze, code door lock so no key to worry about. You get some starter supplies, so bring or buy more bath soaps. Towels were nice. The only downside was they need to put some hooks in the bathroom and bedroom. Very nice bathroom. It’s a good value for the location and property. It has a common use washer and dryer, but there’s only one other unit, so no big deal, and there’s beach equipment to use included. We would rent this place again."
