"Really friendly staff but my room was shabby with marked, stained and ripped wallpaper. It was located at the front of the property with a lot of late night noise and light from the main road. I see many other 10/10 reviews but can not say they reflected the room I was given. The room was clean, however."

"Spent almost 2 weeks here. Very clean and functional. No dryer in the property FYI. Has most of the equipment you might need in the kitchen, but don't expect any storage space for groceries. Internet is not the best and phone data was faster when working. "

"This is a lovely hotel. We didn't know what to expect and upon arrival, were delighted by the decor, cleanliness, and the professionalism of the manager who greeted us. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities that we would expect. Breakfast was next level. A full English breakfast, including a full gluten-free and veggie option with doorstop toast. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future, and can't recommend it enough if you are looking for a clean, easy, nicely decorated, quiet, close-to-town location. "

"Fantastic house and so kind of the host to provide snacks tea coffee etc. everything was just perfect and made our stay so much more lovely. We attended a wedding locally so the house was perfect position. Even got to see the half marathon on the Sunday when leaving as it ran right past. Host communication was great. Would definately stay again , only slight issue was only had beds for 7 when we had booked for 8 but my son was happy on the sofa "
