"Personale all’arrivo molto accogliente a differenza di quello del check out che non ha voluto ammettere sbaglio della propria chat/whatsup! State attenti!! Verificate sempre perché spesso sono messaggi ingannevoli"

"ممتازه واكثر من روعه"

"Fantastic location. Helpful staff. Great welcome drink. Only area of improvement would have been better soundproofing from level above our room."

"This was the most beautiful and unique property! The staff was responsive and on point, and went above and beyond. Incredible rooms, great amenities, et al. Very happy to have stayed at such a quaint hotel for my short visit to Amsterdam!"

"فندق جميل وموقع رائع"

"Room decoration was dark and heavy feeling/ oppressive. Bathroom was sectioned off with a curtain? Our room was in a separate building a few doors down from the main hotel, which made us feel as though we didnt belong! Tables in bar/ restaurant are too small for breakfast for two people! Hotel location good and staff more than helpful…Breakfast was limited but good."

"Located directly across from central train station with helpful staff. Excellent restaurant"

"No free water, so expensive, extra charges upon arrival. Cash not accepted in the restaurant. Staying on the top bunk was so troublesome, having to climb up and down a ladder that was uncomfortable. The rungs were round so it hurt my feet, if it was flat it would be much better. It's much better to get the bottom bunk. There's no door so you can hear when people are talking very loudly. It's not separated males vs female, so as I got up to use the washroom at night, some guy was just walking...

"A bit of an extra walk to all sites but a quiet location with excellent river views. Being able to do laundry was a big plus. Would stay again."

"كان حجزي على غرفة بسريرين منفصله واصرت موظفه الاستقبال على انا حجزي سويت وتم تاخيري في الدخول ولما قبلت في السويت اكتشفت ان هناك تشابه اسماء و خطاء و تم تغير الغرفه و نقل الشناط في ليلة التاليه مع العلم اني مرفق لها الحجز على الجوال ولم تقبل"

"Really loud neighbors. Even after complaining, disruptions didn’t end."

"Great great great "
