"Our room was amazing. We had a room with a king bed and our son had his own room with bunk beds. Our patio had an amazing view of valley. We were about 15 min outside of the city center, but taxi's were easy to get. The family does not speak English so we did have to use google translate. He did arrange a treckking guide for us and dinner one night. There was a big storm one night and we lost electricity, but we kind of enjoyed it! We left our patio doors open ans slept to the sound of the rain. Our son would not go in the pool as it was a bit dated and looked unclean. "

"This place is beautiful, the view, the pool, all excellent! The food and drinks were great and the staff were so helpful at arranging rides into town or any excursion we wanted! There were a few bugs in the room that the kids didn’t like, but that was likely our fault having a little bit of snacks in the room. "

"The owner went above and beyond to help us have a great trip!!!! We were able to book bus tickets to Hanoi and tickets to Fansipan from the hotel as well. He was quick to respond to messages and spoke English well. "

"We paid for mountain view and we didn’t disappoint what we have. The property is a bit away from the street so a bit quiet. You need to hike a bit but most people should be ok. I won’t recommend a wheelchair person unless you go in/out using taxi/grab or bus. Traditional wet market doesn’t seems traditional at all. It is only 5 minutes away. ‘Gringo’ price is at least twice more expensive. Try less than half for the asking price."

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the infinity pool is gorgeous and large, The bungalows were rustic and spacious. Would definitely return in the future!"
