"The hotel is exceptional: the rooms are modern and spacious with good views out over the ocean. The food and facilities including a pool, spa etc are excellent and the staff are great, well trained and conversant in English. We liked walking along the beach and it was easy to taxi into Vigo central for about 12 euros. The restaurant and breakfast were very good the only issue was the buffet food at night was closed for functions each night and the excellent restaurant didn’t open until 8:30 which suits the locals but not weary tourists from overseas."

"Like a hotel in a museum, the Parador is a castle that sits on top of a small hill surrounded by the ocean. Old style elegance (there was a shoe horn in the closet) with amazing views (ask for an ocean view!)."
