"After finding out that the hotel is not 3 miles (as announced) but 45 minutes away from Redondela we arrived at 5:00 PM and we whatsapp the number on the window. The woman was rude saying that she called us which is not true, I have an international number and there were no instructions in the hotel-com web page. She said that she shouldn't be waiting for us. "Excellent location. Great view from breakfast room however it would have been nice if it was used as a bar area in the evenings given the outstanding view. The cafe on the main floor was excellent and offered a great option for breakfast as well. The 6th floor rooms have pretty water views but the floor above is the buffet room so quite noisy early in the morning. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Staff is outstanding. No gym on the property but they offer a pass to a nearby gym which is very good."
