The staff is very knowledgeable and the facilities are very clean and comfortable. Overall it is a great hotel to enjoy while staying in Santiago. "

"Perfect property to stay. Cathedral is walking distance and same with beautiful terrazas for food and drinks. Staff is so kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't like so much was the breakfast options and every day is the same one but it is ok."
