"Amenida is exactly what you would expect it to be for an older, budget hotel. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It is located right by the C Train for ultra convenient access to downtown. The AC was fine in our room - not the most powerful, but enough for a comfortable sleep. Noise from outside was minimal despite it being Stampede. The staff were friendly and courteous, even makig sure we had sunscreen. "

"Great parking. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. The sofa beds could use an upgrade as they are not very comfortable. We had our eight year old granddaughter with us, and she commented that she could feel the bars under the mattress and had to sleep sideways. The hotel overall is situated in a very convenient location with dining close by, a swimming pool, and minutes from the airport. Would we stay there again? Yes, but the rates were a bit high. I guess that’s because it was Stampede week. Thank you 😊 "

"Staff was very friendly and happy. Room was very clean. Shower was great not only for myself but for a child who normally has baths the small shower head worked well. Beds were perfect softness and firmness and the view of calgary was very beautiful. We also enjoyed the quiet pool and hottub "
