"First night the A/C was broken. We notified front desk and they sent someone up who confirmed A/C was broken and that they would move us to another room. They never did this and after repeated calls to the front desk, they hung up on us. The second night they did move us. Hair dryer didn't work, the shower kept flooding onto the bathroom floor and the bar ran out completely of red wine. This place does not live up to the standards of a Hilton property!!!"

The hotel lobby and our rooms had beautiful modern decor. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was large, clean, comfortable, and well appointed with its own living space and kitchen. Beautiful pastries greeted us many nights and festive surprise and had written note were prepared for me on my birthday. I would highly recommend them."

"The room was super comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and an excellent location, within easy walking distance of Porto’s city center. Overall, a great experience!"
