"5 nights stay. The hotel has a very good location. They have a good restaurant called Manuka in which I enjoyed breakfast a couple of times. The rooms are clean and their overall condition is good. Staff are usually friendly except in few cases. One incident I found unprofessional from the satff is when my friend asked for a bottle of water at the lobby during one of the nights. The staff member told him to buy it from the room service! After we complained to him that it’s a 5 stars hotel and...

"Everything is wonderful about the hotel - however, you need to be prepared for the night club music playing into the night (until about 3am), which is quite loud. I slept with my headphones on. Otherwise, exceptional. The breakfast is about the best I have had at a hotel, huge variety and everything is delicious. The gym location is a bit far from the hotel as it is down by the water; additionally, it only opens at 7am, so if you are an EARLY riser, it is a run or yoga! "

"Beautiful surroundings in the hills and set into the golf course. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and doesn’t feel busy. Fantastic breakfast and very peaceful spa. Convenient buggy service if playing on Mijas golf course to save walking (although it is also and easy walk to the course). This is our second stay since the hotel opened less than 2 years ago. "

"Patio door in the room could mot close due to broken handle. Patio was dirty, ready for the guest ( no cushions on the chairs and sun beds). Buffet breakfasts was excellent as well as dinner. Friendly stuff. "

"Overall the hotel and spa are fabulous. Service was also outstanding. My only issues were Wifi and TV-related - did not get a connection in the villas. I called several times for help but it was not resolved. It is also difficult to get to your room after hours - many of the doors are locked and it becomes like a maze trying to get to your room. If you are using the gym after hours, you end up on the street and can only get back on the property through the front door. But, definitely stay...

"The rooms are lovely & the setting is ideal, but that’s about it. The 1 restaurant (not 3) serves the same thing all day (same as a the room service menu) & is horrendously slow & over priced. The breakfast is slow & a very poor choice of options. The spa is fine if you like sauna/steam room but the pool/jacuzzi area is currently closed (they tried to deny it existed until I showed them the brochure from the room). For a mostly empty hotel the staff aren’t exactly jumping to help. Don’t bother...
