"I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Busan and would happily stay there again. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. I upgraded to a water-view room, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the ocean with mountains visible in the distance. The bathtub was positioned perfectly to enjoy the same scenery, and the...

"Difficult check in and very poor communication when I needed help. The couches were stained and not enough toilet paper was provided. One of the bidets did not work all together. Someone entered our room while we were out and left 2 large laundry bags on the floor. Hotel reached out and stated we left the bags behind when it wasn’t ours. This was pretty concerning as we don’t know who entered our room."

"Old hotel but very nice service & hotspring"
