"When we arrived we never received the text that we were supposed to receive once the property was cleaned. When entered many kitchen items were still dirty and some rooms had a lot of dust. We also didn't have any soap sponges, so we called to get one in the property and we were told that someone would come shortly, but no one did. We then called again the next day and the same thing happened we were told that someone would come and no one did."

"Easy check in. Bathrooms and bedding were clean! Kids loved it. However, the stairs are pretty awkward and scary. There’s also two cut down poles flush with the ground in the parking area that could possibly pop someone’s tire. "

"Had no clue the only entry to the cabin was up close to 40 steep steps. My daughter has a chronic health condition, and I have an injured ankle. The stairs was extremely difficult for us both. I only found about about the stairs during the email with information about the upcoming trip and instructions. I tried making contact ref these issues needing to be in the property info and was only told the information would be passed along. Did not receive any compensation, or any further contact. ...
