"Wow! I searched quite a few properties and even booked another before finally landing at Lotte. I am so happy with my decision. The greeting was warm and inviting upon arrival, I didn’t realize registration was on the 16th floor. Such a cool way to check in and immediately be immersed in this amazing hotel! A incredible view of the city and port. The amenities were great in the room too. Simple things like toothbrushes and toothpaste, vanity kits, combs and the lotions were top tier! Loved...
