"Very nice"

"My aunt and I stayed for Halloween Weekend and the manager Marissa was so kind, very informational, and a pleasant person to talk too. She made us feel very welcome. The views of the city was pretty good.We had a wonderful trip, thanks again Marissa."

"Excellent hotel and impeccable service!"

But there was no confirmation email or text,...
