"This is a old hotel. Whenever you ask in the AI apps this hotel gets recommended. I should have picked Four seasons. This is an awful hotel. We got the highest room thanks to Expedia. But apart from check in when Expedia automatically gave us an upgrade the rest of the stay was awful.
