"Perfect hotel for a spa weekend escape with very good food and nice relaxing area"

"Excellent resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was amazing. Would highly recommend"

"Absolutely beautiful. Warm pools and great spa experiences. Very easy to get to town and up to the gondola. Dinner was excellent and always impressed with the breakfast! Lunch-the chicken sandwich was a delicious standout. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

"Super lækker oplevelse og alt i alt et rigtigt dejlig sted med gode faciliteter og service."

"Det absoluta höjdpunkten var frukosten — den var super bra! Ett stort och generöst utbud med både varmt och kallt, färska råvaror och massor att välja mellan. Personalen var vänlig och tillmötesgående, rummet var mysigt och rent, och som barnfamilj kände vi oss verkligen välkomna. Vi rekommenderar hotellet varmt och kommer gärna tillbaka!"

"Beautiful property, delicious meals, lovely staff."

"Better than I ever expected. Modern gorgeous luxury. Food views and amenities were 5 star. "

"BE CAREFUL! I booked this hotel for three nights back on August 27 of 2025, several months in advance of my Feb. 16th, 2026 check-in date. The agreed upon rate after tax was C$2,690.40. At time of checkout, the hotel charged me €2690.40. When I brought this back up with the hotel, they denied responsibility. This is a corrupt business which lacks integrity, and will take every opportunity to try and take advantage of its unsuspecting clients. Predatory. Transactional."
