"Staff needs to be more welcoming. Felt a little snobbish at front desk."

"Cozy hotel in the center of downtown area, just a few minutes walk to the waterfront and transportation points for tours! Particularly want to mention how willing the staff was to go above and beyond when someone in my group left a phone behind when we left for the airport - the staff ordered a taxi to bring the phone from their lobby to KEF without hesitation! A HUGE *thank you* to them for all their kindness!"
