"I have stayed in many 5 star hotel around the world. I’m very sure that i have never seen a hotel as clean, customer oriented and thoughtful as Malisgarten Hotel. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful 3 days we spent"

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

"Hohe Personaldichte sehr kompetent und freundlich! Traumhafte Location mit besonderem Flair durch die Bauweise und Lage. Auch die Gastro ist auf absolutem TOP-Niveau lediglich die Portionen sind ivm. Den 6-Gänge menüs manchmal etwas zu viel gewesen. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und dieser wurde nicht nur geduldet sondern war willkommen, begonnen beim Begrüßungspäcken für den Hund, über die überziehlacken für die Sofas bis hin zur Putzfrau die sich jeden Einzelnen Tag die Mühe machte die Haare...
